Dee has partnered with numerous private and public sector entities to design, develop and customize programs to fit executive, manager and staff audiences (and schedules).  Her Disney background ensures that she will always inject an element of “edutainment” into every learning experience.  As a former Chairperson of the Recognition Professionals International’s Education Committee, Dee led a team that created the organization’s Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) course materials and frequently delivers training at RPI conferences and on-site workshops.
